"If I could give this company ZERO stars I would! A friend of mine suggested this company for my friends move. I coordinated the move for my friend. She submitted the $1000 deposit for the move (balance to be paid when items arrived). They never showed up to pick up the items. We were advised that their truck had a flat tire and they would come the next day. The next day 3/10, they never showed AGAIN. After contacting the friend who referred us, he advised the truck was disabled due to the blow out. On 3/12 with days of ZERO contact or response, we sent an email requesting a refund. Still radio silence. Mid day our friend advised us they would be refunding the money. To date two emails, multiple calls and texts NOTHING! They still have my friends money, they will NOT respond. We will have no choice to take the legal route to try and get her money back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
